Key Policy Summary (Read Before Pay)

1. Service Fee ($8 USD)

Non-refundable once the transfer is made—even if you cancel the reservation later.

2. Deposit Refund

Subject to the Shop's Policy. We are an intermediary; if the shop refuses to refund, we cannot help.

3. User Error

If you provide the wrong Account Number or Shop Name, we are NOT liable for lost funds.

4. Transfer Failure (Our Error)

If the transfer fails due to our system error, 100% Full Refund (Fee + Deposit) will be issued within 24 hours.

5. Processing Time

Transfers are processed between 09:00 - 23:00 KST. Orders outside these hours are processed the next morning.

Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to My K-Concierge ("Service"). By using our website to pay for reservation deposits, you agree to these terms. We act as a payment intermediary to assist international travelers with paying deposits to Korean businesses.

2. Role of the Service

We are NOT a reservation agency or the service provider (e.g., hair salon, restaurant). We strictly handle the transfer of the deposit payment on your behalf.

  • We do NOT make, modify, or cancel reservations.
  • We are not responsible for the quality of service at the venue.
  • We are not responsible for scheduling errors made by the shop.
  • You must have a confirmed reservation BEFORE using our service.

3. Fees and Payments

  • Total payment = Deposit Amount (KRW → USD) + $8 Service Fee
  • Exchange rates include a small buffer and may differ from real-time market rates.
  • All payments are processed securely via Stripe.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Service Fee ($8): Non-refundable under any circumstances once the transfer is initiated.

Deposit Amount: Refunds depend entirely on the shop's cancellation policy. We cannot guarantee refunds.

Our Error: If we fail to complete the transfer due to a system error on our end, you will receive a 100% refund within 24 hours.

5. User Responsibilities

  • Ensure all information (shop name, bank details, sender name) is accurate.
  • We are NOT liable for funds sent to incorrect accounts due to user error.
  • Contact us immediately if you notice an error before we process the transfer.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. This policy outlines how we handle your data.

1. Information We Collect

  • Sender Name (for bank transfer identification)
  • Shop/Restaurant Name and Bank Details
  • Transaction amounts and timestamps

Payment information (Credit Card) is securely processed by Stripe and is NOT stored on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Data

  • To process your deposit transfer
  • To send you transaction confirmations
  • To communicate regarding any issues with your transfer

We do NOT sell your data to third parties.

3. Data Retention

We retain transaction records for up to 1 year for accounting and dispute resolution purposes.
