Important information about our service policies
The $8 USD service fee is non-refundable once the transfer is initiated—even if you cancel the reservation later.
Deposit refunds are subject to the shop's policy. Once transferred, we cannot reverse the bank payment—refunds must come from the shop.
If you provide incorrect account number or shop name, we cannot be held liable for lost funds. Please double-check all details before submitting.
If the transfer fails due to our system error, you will receive a 100% full refund (fee + deposit) within 24 hours.
Transfers are processed daily from 10:00 AM - 11:00 PM KST (including weekends). Orders placed outside these hours will be processed the next morning.
To cancel or modify your reservation, please contact the shop directly. We cannot cancel reservations on your behalf.
